Refund policy
Something not quite right?? We get it! Returns of unused, unwashed, tagged items in their original condition will be accepted within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and you will receive store credit for the amount originally purchased.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Items that cannot be returned are: all jewelry, accessories, custom order items and sale items.
Exchanges
All exchanges must be done in the 14 day window and be unused, unwashed and tagged. If the items do not fall under these guidelines we cannot accept the exchange.
If you need to exchange sizes in the same item, send us an email at soulclothco@gmail.com and we will accept the exchange depending on product availability. You will be responsible for sending your items back to us in order to exchange.
